What happened to uMark Lite? |

uMark Lite has been merged with uMark. uMark now has two modes - Free and Pro. The Free mode is free forever and yet has more features than the erstwhile Lite version. |

I have purchased uMark Professional via PayPal/credit card but I still haven't received
my license key. |

Usually it happens instantly but it may take some time or the email might get blocked by your email service provider. First check your spam/junk mail fodler and if you still cant find a mail from us contact us with your email id/order number. |

The file I downloaded is some .msi file. What do I do with it? |
|
|
The .msi file (uMarkSetup.msi) is the installer file for uMark Professional.
You can double click on the file to start the installation process. The installation
wizard will take you through the installation of uMark Professional. |

Can I use my license on more than one computer? |
|
|
The license is provided for a single computer. If you intend to use it on multiple
computers you need to purchase additional licenses. Please contact our sales team
at sales@uconomix.com to
get discount on multiple licenses. |

How many users can use the program? |
|
|
Only the use in whose name the license file is generated can use the program. License
can not be shared among users. |

How do I verify my license? |
|
|
You can verify the license information by going to Help >> About uMark Professional
menu option in uMark Professional program window. |

|
Can I get your software on a CD ROM? |
|
|
uMark Professional is available only as a download. You can burn it on a CD after
downloading it from our site. We also recommend taking a backup of your license
key. |

The trial version adds program name as a watermark on my images, will it still be added if I buy the Pro version? |

Absolutely not. The paid version of uMark Professional does not add any unwanted watermarks on your images. How can we add our own watermark once you have paid us for the software? :) |

How do I know how many licenses I need? |
|
|
You need one license for one computer. If you are going to install the software on two different computers say your work computer and your notebook then you need two licenses. If you are going to install it on just one computer then you need just one license. |

My images are not getting marked! uMark said they were processed but the watermark is not added on the images. |
|
|
There can be many reasons why images are not getting marked. Most common reason is that the output folder is same as the input folder that is you are trying to overwrite images. uMark does not overwrite images. Change the output folder and try again. |
